GREAT RIVER TIRE & SERVICE
Owner: Chad Littleton, I have a great job doing what I love in my home town with people I've grown up with and been around my whole life. I've been the manager of the store since Jan 02 & In March of 2006 I entered into a partnership with Ron Crist from whom I purchased the final 50% in Sep. of 08. Prior to Great River Tire Co Inc, I worked at CDS as an account manager & in the phone center for 3 years, I Bar tended at Bootlegger's & the Holiday Inn, managed a quick lube, served in the Marine Corps, & Hy-vee. I look forward to getting to the shop to see our regular & new customers everyday. My wife Jennifer works in the Allsteel credit department, and helps out at the shop from time to time. We have two children one attends Colorado school the other was born June 06. Thank you for your looking at our site & most of all thank you for your business it means a lot to us.
Service Manager: Chad Elder-Jan 01 Effective Jan 08 Chad has moved to the Service Manager position, he will still work on cars as needed but will focus more on training his staff of mechanics and general service personnel to provide the kind of quality service he has provided for many years now here with Great River Tire. *Spring of 2006 Chad received his ASE Master Certification a huge accomplishment for any mechanic.
Service Technicians: Bobby Bishop- Jan 07 Bob is working full time now that he has graduated from Scott Community College majoring in automotive service.
Jim Fehring-Nov 07 Jim has been in the automotive business for more than 30 years in the Muscatine area. He managed a local shop for 10 years and has worked for another for the past 15. We are happy to have Jim on board please stop down and see him. *Jim also has the ASE Master Certification.
Damon Anson- Dec 09 As of August 2010 Damon passed his ASE tests for Engine Repair & Performance. Damon also passed the EPA Certification for Automotive Air Conditioning making him our 3rd Tech Certified to do AC repair. With all of Damon's new certifications he has been promoted to full time and is looking forward to gaining his next ASE certification.
